  1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact
  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Personal care or hygiene-related items
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@archinay.com with your order details
  2. Provide images/videos (if item is damaged or defective)
  3. Our team will review and approve the request
  4. Once approved, you will receive return instructions

 

  1. Refund Policy
  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit
  1. Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items
  • Subject to product availability
  • If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued
  1. Return Shipping
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping cost
  • For other returns, the customer may be responsible for shipping charges

 

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and the return policy will apply

  • Contact your payment provider
